The following are the structure/buildings inside the school campus that have been enhanced and renovated from 2019-2024:
- Conversion of all classrooms into 21st Century Learning Spaces (BB, BM, MM, CMR, JRN, JRF, CBEAM, and Mabini Building - scope of work includes:
1.1. Replacement of traditional black board/writing board to glass boards - writing boards were now dust-free and free from termites
1.2. Provision for 75” Smart LED TV - replacement for LCD projectors to minimize frequent equipment maintenance and to give a high resolution presentation monitor. Energy consumption reduction due to LED components compared to LCD.
1.3. Installation of acoustic ceiling to CMR, MM, and BM classrooms for hot temperature prevention and aesthetic look.
1.4. Provision for universal wall outlet with USB port - to eliminate the use of extension cords that may cause a tripping accident.
1.5. Repainting the walls with water-based paint.
1.6. Repainting of doors for termite prevention.
1.7. Provision for white board painted wall and magnetic painted wall at the back or right side of the classrooms - as additional writing board; magnetic wall with the used of magnet for posting announcements, no need for cork boards and adhesives.
1.8. Provision of plain glass writing boards to brick-structured walls at BM building.
1.9. Provision for combination blinds to JRN, JRF, MB, CMR, MM, and BM building - to prevent direct sunlight to windows as minimization of hot temperature inside the classrooms.
1.10. Additional and replacement from fluorescent tube light into LED tube light - gradual replacement of lights using LED type for electric consumption minimization and long life.
1.11. Provision for web cameras - students who cannot join the on-site classes due to COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms may opt to attend via online with classroom experience.
- Conversion of Mabini Auditorium into theater-type facility - replacement of plastic chairs to theater seats, inverter type ACUs, thick curtains, sound-proof walls and floor, and provision for LED video wall.
- Conversion of Mabini Amphitheater into theater type facility - replacement of plastic chairs to theater seats, inverter type ACUs, thick curtains, and sound-proof walls and floor.
- Retrofitting of Mabini Building with provision for seismic isolator for occupants safety during earthquakes.
- Replacement of roofing at JRN and JRF building for roof leaks elimination.
- Installation of stone-coated roofs at the Retreat Complex facilities for aesthetic look and as prevention to frequent roof-leaks maintenance.
- Preventive maintenance of ACUs and elevators on buildings.
- Gradual replacement of fluorescent light to LED.
Construction of the new learning spaces for the Junior High School community 10,437.93 Square meters (112,352.94 Square feet). The building has LED lights, fresh air ducting system with MERV-8 filter, LED TVs, ACUs, elevator, potable water, and proper lighting luminance. It also has plant boxes on each floor for good ambiance. The construction began in September 2023 and will finish in August 2024.
