NEXUS Innovations Labs at De La Salle Lipa

The mission of NEXUS Innovation Labs at De La Salle Lipa is to contribute to building a sustainable and inclusive society founded on equity and justice. 

 We achieve this by fostering multidisciplinary collaborations within the campus and promoting social innovation and entrepreneurship within the community. Our approach integrates diverse perspectives to address complex societal challenges, driving impactful change both locally and beyond.

NEXUS Innovation Labs stands apart from other innovation labs in the Philippines. While many colleges and universities across the country have their initiatives around social innovation and human-centered design, three key aspects distinguish us from our peers:

  1. Holistic Integration Across DLSL: Our lab is uniquely positioned to engage with every aspect of De La Salle Lipa, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive approach to innovation.
  2. Scale of Our Effort: With approximately 10,000 constituents, including students, faculty, staff, and administration, our initiatives have a broad and deep reach within the DLSL campus community.
  3. Unique Academic Support: We are the only university-based innovation lab that assists the academic community in integrating social innovation, entrepreneurship, human-centered design, and circular economy concepts across all courses. This distinctive support system ensures that these critical ideas are embedded in the education and development of all our students.
