The End-User, as contract initiator, is responsible for drafting, editing, reading and reviewing the draft contract in its entirety and in determining that no conflict of interest exists. All institutional contracts entered into by De La Salle Lipa, notwithstanding contract amount, are reviewed by the school's Legal Team, composed of the Risk Management, Audit and Compliance Office (RMACO), the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Office (IPTTO), and the Office of the Legal Counsel.
