The Community Involvement/Engagement Office of the school has various community outreach programs that are open for employees volunteering during regular or off-work hours. The following are the list of the volunteer programs:

Programs:

  1. PAMANA KA Program

The “PAMANA KA-DLSL IPEd Partnership Program” is a five-year program in partnership with the PAMANA KA School in Occidental Mindoro, in coordination with De La Salle Philippines.  The PAMANA KA School has requested assistance in mentoring the IP-teachers of the school about core subjects and some basic concepts or topics within it. 

Subject in focus per school year will be as follows:

  • SY 20-21: Science
  • SY 21-22: English
  • SY 22-23: Social Studies
  • SY 23-24: MAPEH
  • SY 24-25: Computer

DLSL volunteer teachers will be providing learning materials and mentoring sessions for the PAMANA KA Teachers through an online platform. A target of at least 5 mentoring sessions is scheduled for the duration of the school year, with provisions for minor consultations as per the need arises.

  1. HAMALICON

The Hanunuo Mangyan Livelihood & Consumers Cooperative or HAMALICON Coop is located at Brgy. Benli, Town of Bulacao, Province of Oriental Mindoro. It is a cooperative of the Hanunuo Mangyan tribe that was registered last February 17, 2020 at the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA MIMAROPA, Calapan City, Orr. Mindoro), through the cooperation of the members and as guided by De La Salle Lipa (DLSL). The objective of establishing the cooperative are: (1) to develop and uplift the livelihood of each member through a sustainable income generating establishment (store), (2) to empower and increase the knowledge of each member through continuous workshops through partnerships with other agencies and local government units (LGUs)

A program involvement and volunteerism among the faculty and staff of De La Salle Lipa who wishes to engage in voluntary or paid teaching at the various religious seminaries within Lipa, Batangas.
