The Lasallian Institute For the Environment (LIFE) Office of the De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) is the overarching oversight authority of the sustainability efforts of all 16 La Salle schools. LIFE aims to be an ancillary learning resource center for Lasallian institutions on environmental management and biodiversity conservation.

As a  Lasallian member school in the Philippines, De La Salle LIPA continues to be an active member of DLSP-LIFE. The organization is in charge of promoting, empowering, initiating, and developing environmental and sustainability programs of the 16 La Salle Schools in the Philippines.

A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:

Through the Sustainability and Inclusive Education Directorate, and an initiative of LIFE, De La Salle Lipa served as a resource for the 16 Lasallian institutions in the Philippines for writing sustainability reports based on AASHE STARS guidelines. The  “Facilities and Environmental Program Management: Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) Sustainability Reporting Workshop” was held on April 27, 2022 in De La Salle University Manila.
