Yes, the institution has a wellness assistance program for counseling. The school guidance counselors are available for counseling to anyone who would like to seek help and guidance. Spiritual leaders like the Brothers of the Christian School and other administrators assigned may also provide counseling.
The HRDO provides seminars on month-on-month activities and programs that promote mental health, psycho-spiritual formation, Lasallian/Employee formation, and various employee engagement activities to promote health and wellness.
Surveys on employee mental health and well-being are also conducted every end of the school year, which is the common basis of the school in crafting relevant and appropriate programs and policies intended for overall employee well-being.
