Sustainability and Inclusive Education Directorate (SIED) of De La Salle Lipa
The office’ primary goal is to encourage all school stakeholders to embrace the social, economic, and environmental impacts of academic and operational policies and processes towards inclusive
the education system and global sustainability.
The Office continuously aims to provide an inclusive learning environment that recognizes and respects individual differences, respects and honors the diversity and dignity of all individuals, taking into consideration the Catholic social teachings – specifically the basic principles of human solidarity and Christian brotherhood, upon which a genuine social and economic order must be built (Mater et Magistra). Moreso, it ensures that the school provides learning spaces and programs that cater to their diverse needs – doing so in ways that are respectful, accepting, responsive, and supportive.

True to its mission and embedded in the school's strategic direction of "Embracing our Shared Humanity and Championing Social Inclusions and Justice Initiatives and Engaging Diverse Stakeholders in the Shared Mission", De La Salle Lipa sets its operational policies on the ground for different actions and projects promoting respect for diversity and equity. In the school's journeying towards a shared dream, to educate the young and stakeholders, together and by association, the activities and programs should be aligned on actions that will do away with all forms of exclusion, discrimination, and barriers to learning on account of socio-economic status, geographic and racial origins and physical handicaps.
