De La Salle Lipa recognizes the following groups as part of the school's Strategic Direction of Engaging Diverse Stakeholders in our Shared Mission:
1. College Student Government (SG)- College students governing body
2. Council of Student Organizations (CSO) - Serve as the umbrella organization and executive board of all student clubs and organizations. Coordinate with the Student Activities Office of its equivalence on matters concerning student clubs and organizations.
3. Student Coordinating Board (SCB) - Integrated School (Grade School, Junior & Senior High School governing body
4. Faculty Associations - Academic and Non-academic staff associations namely: Tertiary School Faculty and Staff Association (TSFSA) - Colleges and Integrated School faculty and Staff Association (ISFSA)
5. DLSL Alumni Association, Inc. - non-profit organization organized for De La Salle Lipa graduates/alumni.

De La Salle Lipa, through forums and meetings, regularly seeks assistance and consultations regarding campus policies and initiatives with various organizations inside and outside the campus. The following are the organizations/groups that the school coordinates:

1.)Parents and Educators Nurturing Cooperation in De La Salle Lipa, Inc. (PENCIL, Inc.) - the De La Salle Lipa Parents & Teacher's Association. - the Integrated school parents association
2.) DLSL Alumni Association, Inc. - non-profit organization for graduates of De La Salle Lipa
3.) Lipa Archdiocesan Social Action Commission, Inc. (LASAC) - a Church organization that exerts effort to reduce the gap between faith and practice in the area of social justice in order for everyone especially the poor to realize their temporal liberation and eternal salvation through the application of social teachings of the Church
4.) Local Community/Barangay Group - Local Government Units (LGUs) under the municipality of Lipa Batangas, Philippines
