The Community Involvement/Engagement Office of the school has various community outreach programs that are open for employees volunteering during regular or off-work hours. The following are the list of the volunteer programs:
1. Visiting Faculty Volunteer Program - a program involvement and volunteerism among the faculty and staff of De La Salle Lipa who wishes to engage in voluntary or paid teaching at the various religious seminaries within Lipa, Batangas
2. Book Mobile & Reading Program Book Loan - an employee volunteering program that caters to elementary public school students, teaching them the basics of reading and learning.
2. One Million Trees & Beyond - a tree planting activity to a partner community
3. PAHINA Reading Program - a guided literacy outreach programs for selected elementary public schools in with Lipa, Batangas
4. Paaralang Mangyan na Angkop sa Kulturang Aalagaann (PAMANA KA) employee volunteer program - De la Salle faculty volunteers provide the PAMANA KA teachers with an opportunity to further their knowledge and understanding of course subjects through the Mentoring Program to equip them with the needed information and skills to form a culture-based curriculum for the benefit of the students of the PAMANA KA SCHOOL(an indigenous partner school at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, Philippines)
