The Human Resource Development Office of the school conducts internal professional training programs, commonly called, Learning Sessions for its academic & non-academic staff. These learning sessions are usually anchored on the school's strategic directions of "Engaging Diverse Stakeholders in Our Shared Mission" and "Creating Sustainable Futures" wherein the goals are to institute human capacity based on relevance & competency and regularly engage employees to diversify their certifiable jobs and competencies promoting the employees, physical, social, economic, spiritual well-being.
