A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
The school's Human Resource Development Office conducts Orientation 101 for all newly hired employees. Part of the orientation is the introduction of school offices and their functions. The Sustainability & Inclusive Education Office makes its way to then to introduce the sustainability initiatives, policies, guidelines and practices to be observed on the campus. These initiatives among others are the banning of single-use PET bottles/plastics, NO-to_STYRO, Save Today, Save Tomorrow (an energy efficiency campaign), and proper use of color-coded waste bins for waste segregation.
