Leadership Formation and Orientation Program for Administrators
A brief description of the employee educators program (1st program):
The Leadership Formation and Orientation Program for Administrators are annually curated by the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) of the institution to assist appointed administrators/peer educators with the herculean tasks and responsibilities embedded in their appointment. The formation is usually scheduled at the beginning of the school year in a 2 to 3-day workshop form. These include the following areas: (1) Deeping knowledge on institutions four Strategic Directions anchored to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (2) Lasallian Code of Ethics and Employee Discipline (3) Social Innovation Fundamentals or Developing Solutions to Real World Problems that focuses on areas of Curriculum Innovation, Human-Centered Design, Global Issues (UN Sustainable Development Goals, and Sustainability. Institutional budgets related to the formation are secured annually through the HRDO.

Employees Special Interest Group - BIKERS Club
A brief description of the employee educators program (2nd program):
The BIKERS in Action - Keepers of Environment and Sportsmen was formed in 2019 through the initiative of schools' volunteered employees to build a solid group of Lasallian Partners bike-enthusiasts while also serving the awareness to reduce carbon footprint.
