Total surface area data came from the Facilities Management office based on data collected in 2023 and compared to City of Montreal land evaluation documents. No space was added to the campus city block. Specific lab, health care and energy intensive areas were received from the Facilities Management office as well. Although the nursing dept moved to a multi-user leased space late during this 3 year reporting period, its footprint is included in the 2 square footage and energy data. As the leased space has multiple tenants, it was not included in the report data.
