A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:
Fleming College - reviewing the concept of well-being for all in institutes of higher education and how to operationalize this concept. John Abbott College - help in creating a sustainability plan. Examples of how positive psychology and ecological concepts are explicitly planned into formal and informal education is being discussed and field visits to our respective campuses planned. Other topics include evidence-based methods, dealing with bureaucracy and various drivers and barriers to project success. Biophilic design is also being reviewed as a method to address student success, staff retention and to reduce stress.

John Abbott staff College are working with the staff of the sustainability office to review methods used to reduce carbon and exchange carbon neutral campaign data.
Vanier College teachers are meeting with the sustainability office to discuss the same carbon neutral campaign process and communication strategies. Both groups trying to assess best methods for their respective institution.

A brief description of other collaborative efforts around sustainability during the previous year:
Dawson facilities dept has invited 12 other colleges to meet and discuss waste reduction challenges and carbon neutral campaign strategies (Reference Spring 2020).
We continue to partner with two institutes of higher education in Mexico (UPN and UEAM universities in Morelos, Mexico). Title of project is Sustainable Campuses.
