Since 2019, approximately 20 faculty and 14 staff have participated in the training and have implemented social justice and sustainability framework into existing assignments and coursework.

2 - Professor of Microbiology Maria Serra was awarded a stipend to explore integrating sustainability topics across microbiology courses. For example, one cohort of Dallas College Global Citizenship Fellows launched the Studies in Cultural Diversity Program at Richland. https://www.dallascollege.edu/resources/centers/diversity-inclusion/pages/rlc.aspx. Global Fellows also serve on the advisory committee for the student-led academic writing journal, The Sustainable Age. https://www.thesustainableage.com/
