A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
A robust network of energy and water meters has been strategically deployed across our various buildings and brought into an analytics platform, Kaizen FDD, where the energy and water usage is aggregated, reviewed, and analyzed for anomalies and opportunities for energy reductions. This platform also enables a much more prompt fault detection and correction of high energy usage (electricity, thermal, and water)
