The certificate program is open to everyone. Employees who register for the program participate in the training sessions

The certificate program includes six - two-hour modules and a final project. Each module introduces participants to key sustainability topics and provide an opportunity to discuss campus sustainability issues. Experiential and adult education principles are used in the program design include hands-on-tours.

The Facilities Management sustainability celebration provides an opportunity for all facilities staff to celebrate accomplishments and learn about program and issues. In addition the Office of Sustainability and Facilities support on-going training on energy, water and green building topics from lunch and learns on compressed air and building envelopes to workshops on green building principles.
