Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the metering system:
Most of our buildings have individual water meters maintained by the water commission. Smaller houses or buildings have individual power company meters. For many large buildings on the one power company meter we have sub-metered buildings using ION meters. Heat is provided to most buildings (minus houses and few small buildings) via the central heating plant – gas to steam. We have a number of condensate/steam meters on buildings. Cooling is also provided to some major buildings with a chilled water-loop. Chilled water meters have been recently added. Some buildings also have sub-metering of systems.
None
