A brief description of the technology used:
Dalhousie is adding LED lighting in new applications. For example the Life Science Centre uses LED strip lighting in display cabinets. LED lighting has been used in outdoor pole lighting for example in front of the Student Union Building and outdoor building light at the Mona Campbell building.
LED lighting is also used in the Coastal Studio located in the Planning and Architecture department.
