Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Comments: Between the baseline period and the performance year Dalhousie increased student enrollment by 10% (over 1000 new students) and have 400 new employees. Our building foot print decreased in 2009 as we sold a residence building and is now going up as we bring on a new buildings. Overall energy has gone down last year. The electricity is being held now with changes and should be reducing in the next couple of years however jumped in 2009 with increase population explained likely by increase plug load, some buildings being opened longer, and more lab research. These variables are not accounted for in this calculation.
