A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
Reporting was completed by the Reporting Coordinator for Creighton, independent of the Office Director. Upon completion, the office director (12th year at Creighton) reviewed the report and gave points of clarity or improvement, which led to modifications and a second round of review where all points were addressed to the director's satisfaction.
