A brief description of areas of biodiversity importance on land owned or managed by the institution:
Identify and document the plant species within each property's landscaping is crucial. Subsequently, determining the proportions of these plants in specific areas becomes essential. While there's a clear goal, akin to the 5-20-30 target for trees, when it comes to plants in the landscape, the exact percentages can vary. Evaluating biodiversity on campus also places significant emphasis on not only utilizing native plants but also recognizing the importance of attracting pollinators.
