Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
We use SIMAP: Sustainability Indicator Management & Analysis Program.
Business Travel is accounted for by examining the spend for airfare, bus fare, etc.
Commuting is determined by a university-wide survey.
Purchased goods are determined by actual amounts purchased (for instance, paper).
Trash, recycling, etc are determined by weight which is compiled by our waste hauler.

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
No

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
To account for Scope 3 emissions, we collaborated with the athletic compliance department, Global Engagement Office, Financial Division, Business Service Center, and Public Safety to collect the data needed to calculate the Scope 3 emissions using SIMAP.
