The University provides an Employee Assistance program, which provides professional counseling, information and referral services to faculty, staff and their families. The program offers confidential consultation on a wide variety of personal, family and/or work-related problems that may contribute to high levels of stress and interfere with health and work performance.

There is also a Wellness program, which supports the mission and values of Creighton University, especially cura personalis (care of the whole person), by improving the physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and environmental dimensions of health for faculty and staff.

The Mutual of Omaha Center for Health and Counseling provides medical management of mental health conditions and works in close collaboration with Student Counseling Services to meet the mental health needs of our students.
