Virtual Landscapes Play

A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:

This unique multimedia play was created by playwright Aoise Stratford and Earth and Atmospheric Sciences professor Toby Ault along with graduate students. The play, performed in October of 2019, combined Augmented Reality (AR) technology, live actors and ongoing climate science research to immerse the audience in a scene set 100 years from now, prompting viewers to consider what it will look like if we don’t slow climate change.
