Sustainability in Skills for Success
Sustainability was incorporated in the rubric of principles by which staff performance is measured. Choices we make today impact our future and all who succeed us.“ If every employee demonstrates the Skills for Success, together we will create an environment that makes Cornell the institution of choice,” notes Chris Halladay, associate vice president in the Division of Human Resources and Safety Services.
