A brief description of the plan:
Facilities for bicyclists are integrated into the Campus Master Plan adopted in 2008. This plan stresses the importance of encouraging cycling. The Transportation and Circulation portion of the Master Plan can be viewed at: http://masterplan.cornell.edu/doc/cmp_part_1/transportation_circulation/transportation_circulation.pdf See pages numbered 136-137. Cornell's 10-year Transportation Impact Mitigation Strategies (TIMS), has set forth objectives, goals, and timelines for improved bicycle facilities and amenities; TIMS can be viewed at: http://tgeisproject.org/TGEIS_Documents/Final-Draft-TIMS-060308.pdf See pages numbered 24-27.
