Yes

A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:
The Lending Library is a collaboration between the Office of Sustainability, the Academic Resource Center and Residential Education and Living (REAL). The Lending Library was created to provide textbooks and course books to students for a semester free of charge. Books in the Lending Library mainly come from donations by students at the end of each year. Some textbooks have been purchased with funding from the Sustainable Projects Fund. The Lending Library has two locations in residence hall lobbies: literature, social sciences, and humanities books are located in one space and STEM and language textbooks are located in a second space. Students place online holds through our catalog or come to our open hours at the start of each semester to rent books.

Yes

A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:
The Open Educational Resources Grant Program provides faculty the opportunity to explore open educational resources (OER), engage in workshops on tools for integrating OER into courses, and discusses plans and techniques for OER adoption with a cohort of professionals. The grants are funded by the Offices of Dean of the Faculty, Dean of the College, Dean of Students and the Academic Resource Center. Between 6 and 8 OER grants have been awarded each year.
