A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :
After an incident, the employee's supervisor completes an incident report form which is submitted to Human Resources and the Director of Environmental Health and Safety. The Director of EH&S tracks trends and follows up on any mitigation measures that should be taken to prevent further injury.

The reportable workplace injuries were for FY2019-2020. The campus closure in March 2020 due to the pandemic, may have contributed to the College having no workplace injuries during this year.
