Please note that assured reports are still subject to review by AASHE staff prior to publication, which may require additional revisions. AASHE reserves the right to withhold points for this credit if it is determined that the assurance process was clearly unsuccessful in identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors (e.g., when AASHE staff identify a significant number of issues that were either not mentioned in the completed review template or not resolved successfully).

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
We put out a request on the Northeast Campus Sustainability Consortium listserv for individuals willing to complete an external STARS review. The two reviewers above responded to this request and divided up the credits for review. Mike Williams reviewed the AC, EN and IN credits. Mary Ellen Mallia reviewed the OP, PA and PRE credits. We created a tracking spreadsheet with a list of all the STARS credits that were marked as "in progress," "complete," "not applicable," or "not pursuing" as we worked on our submission. As they were complete, the reviewers were able to complete the first review. As we responded to the review comments we noted that in this tracking spreadsheet. The reviewers then confirmed that the second review was complete. The reviewers used the STARS Review Template to provide their feedback and mark credits as meeting criteria, having suggested revisions, or needing revision before submission.
