The CTW Library Consortium, consisting of Connecticut College, Trinity College and Wesleyan University was established in 1987 so the three libraries could share an online library catalog and items from their collections via a delivery service. CTW has since expanded its collaborative efforts into collaborative collection development and collection management, and shared ebook purchasing. http://ctw.blogs.wesleyan.edu/ CTW One Source, an online purchasing platform, was adopted by the same group of colleges to streamline procurement contracts and utilize the collective purchasing power of the three college's in contract negotiations. Work was also done by the planning group to better identify sustainable products within the system and remove erroneous "sustainability" labels from products.
