A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
All new non-academic staff are provided with a flyer about sustainability on our campus and a reusable water bottle in their hiring packet. Once in-person orientations can resume, the hope is to also provide a brief presentation. The flyer includes our College definition of sustainability, examples of how sustainability is practiced on our campus (including environmental and social dimensions), and tips for working sustainably.
