A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:

The SustainbiliTEAM Newsletter is sent out bi-weekly and contains information about upcoming events, job and internship opportunities on and off campus, sustainable living tips, and profiles of the Office of Sustainability Fellows.

The @CCSustainable instagram account is managed by the Office of Sustainability and shares tips for living sustainably on campus, information about upcoming events, and information about sustainability more broadly.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:

The Connecticut College Sustainability Trail was established in 2021 and is marked by informational signage describing sustainable projects and locations on campus. The current sign locations on the trail are:
1. A welcome sign at the Admissions building discussing the history of sustainability on campus which also includes a land acknowledgement
2. A natural meadow called the Niederman Garden
3. Our community garden Sprout
4. The location of our geothermal well field describing the energy efficiency benefits of the system

Yes

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

The Connecticut College Sustainability Trail was established in 2021 to highlight sustainability projects on campus. Visitors can pick up a copy of the map on campus or download it from the website. Short descriptions of each location are also available on the website for those who cannot visit in person. Some locations on the tour are marked with the Sustainability Trail signs described above. More physical signage is planned for the future.
