Connecticut College administered the Consortium on High Achievement and Success (CHAS) Climate survey in 2003, 2009 and 2011 and is planning to administer it again in Fall 2018. CHAS is composed of 30 private, select liberal arts colleges and small universities dedicated to promoting high achievement, leadership and personal satisfaction of students on member campuses, with a focus on promoting success among students of color.
