A brief description of the cultural competence trainings and activities:
Concordia offers faculty and staff a Training and Development program that features a variety of workshops whose objective is to assist employees and managers in their work. Amongst the various and diverse workshop offerings are Communicating Across Cultures and Embracing Diversity.
In addition faculty and staff have as a benefit, access to an Employee Assistance Program, which also offers a series of workshops.
