A brief description of the vegan dining program:
Chartwells offers a diverse selection of products that suit the needs of any dietary restriction. About 75 per cent of the main “vegetarian courses” are vegan. A vegan option for pasta is always available as well as a complete salad bar, stir fry section—offering tofu, assorted beans and legumes—Asian soups, as well as our Veggie burgers. Both campuses have a vegan station available every evening which normally contains, hummus, baba ghanouj, bean salads and other “Middle Eastern” inspired fare.
