If it was a slip and fall, Concordia's Risk Management asks Facilities Management to review the area to see if there was anything that we could have prevented. Majority of winter slip and falls are due to inadequate footwear by the claimant. Lacerations (majority coming from Dining Services), Risk Management reviews with DS annually proper knife use, etc.
