Benefits survey and Wellness survey was designed to help the college develop a better understanding of some of the strengths and weaknesses of work experiences at Concordia. The survey was anonymous, and all responses confidential, used to provide a summary of employees' replies to the survey.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):
The wellness team and benefits committee review the results and those results are used in the College planning. Recently, Concordia added vision insurance due to strong recommendations from the survey.
