A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Produce, dairy products, honey, and other items are produced locally. Coffees are Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance certified. A more thorough accounting of food and beverage purchasing, including USDA organic certified an other certified items is scheduled for completion in Spring/Summer 2014.
