A brief description of the garden:
Cornucopia, the campus organic garden, opened in 2010 and sprang from student efforts, the Student Environmental Alliance, the Sustainability Task Force, and faculty member Dr. Gretchen Harvey, who managed the garden and its student interns for the first three years of the garden.
Located east of the soccer practice fields, Cornucopia provides a diverse selection of vegetables and herbs for Concordia Dining Services, Concordia Farmers Markets and the community.
