The University provides a number of avenues of formal and informal ways to express satisfaction or dissatisfaction:
Formal:
Ombuds Office-confidential office to voice concerns
Compliance Hotline - anonymous hotline for calling to voice concerns
All faculty and staff have opportunity to participate in Benefits Survey on an annual basis
Grievance process for 3100 union support staff that allows complaints to be heard by manager, labor relations, and then mediator
Employees can communicate in person or written form to client managers at any time
Employees have representation on the University senate
The last employee satisfaction survey for Benefits was administered in November 2011
