Do the Right thing helps with how to behave and interact in a diverse work force. Statement on conduct and ethics that every new employee receives during orientation, it’s on-line, and receive a packet. Whole Business Ethics for Managers On-line learning with several courses pertaining to cultural competence training (attaching list of courses) Additionally, Columbia hosts a plethora of cultural competency events, presentations, activities on campus many of which are open to employees.
