A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:
Columbia University does not currently host any food service franchisees on its campuses. The majority of food services offered at Columbia are owned and operated by Columbia. The University does host a few locally owned and operated coffee and food vendors on the Medical campus as well as a holds a license agreement with Jamba Juice for JambaGo on the Morningside Campus. For food services operating on campus, they must comply with all sustainability practices of the University such as recycling Columbia University does not currently host any food service franchisees on its campuses. The majority of food services offered at Columbia are owned and operated by Columbia. The University does host a few locally owned and operated coffee and food vendors on the Medical campus as well as holds a license agreement with Jamba Juice for JambaGo on the Morningside Campus. For food services operating on campus, they must comply with all sustainability practices of the University such as not using styrofoam and recycling operations.
