The Employee Assistance Program provides the following services to faculty and staff, including non-student hourly, temporary and interns/residents:

• No cost counseling to employees and members of their households
• Financial planning resources and guidance
• Free legal consultation and discounted attorney fees
• Work-life balance resources and support
• Health and wellness information and referrals
• Crisis assessment and counseling
• Traumatic event support for individuals and departments

In addition, CSU employs a Spanish-Bilingual Community Resources Coordinator who provides:

• Information about a vast array of campus and community resources for employees, including housing, childcare, health and mental health, food insecurity, utility assistance and more
• Hands-on linking to entitlements and community services
