The total number of CSU students who participate in community service in a one-year period is based on aggregate data collected primarily from the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement office at Colorado State University with supporting data from Fraternity & Sorority Life, Athletics, Residence Life, and the eight colleges at CSU. Community service and volunteer participants connected with both academic service learning and community-based volunteering were included in the metric.
