A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

The Wellness Zone provides on-campus access to stress reduction resources, nutrition counseling, dental care, conflict resolution, relaxation space and programs and massage.

Additionally, faculty have access to on campus recreational facilities as well as off campus staff/faculty retreats at Pingree Park; the university's mountain campus.
