The Campus Climate Survey is an opportunity for faculty and staff to answer a wide variety of questions and leave feedback about their experiences at CSU. The survey defines campus climate as “behaviors within a workplace or learning environment…that can influence whether an individual feels personally safe, listened to, valued, and treated fairly and with respect.” (Campus Climate Network Group 2002)
