Does the institution have a program to reduce residence hall move-in waste?:
Yes

A brief description of the program:

The Live Green team annually sets up "cardboard corrals" for students moving into the residence halls to recycle their cardboard boxes. These boxes are broken down and transported to the local recycling facility. In the 2010 residence hall move-in 16 tons of cardboard were recycled over three-days. In 2008, 41 roll off dumpsters were taken to the landfill. In 2009, 38 roll off dumpsters were emptied. In 2010, the number was reduced to 30 roll off dumpsters, a 25 percent reduction in waste in just two years.
