A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
In 2020, the administration sent out a survey to all employees about their perceptions and experiences with the campus and remote work environment.

Every couple of years the Faculty Senate conducts a Faculty Climate Survey and presents the results to leadership. They also conduct a leadership perception survey. The results are published on the Faculty Senate website and are also broken down by department, gender, race, etc.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
For the staff survey, the administration is analyzing the results which will be presented to FA&O Leadership with insights into staff perceptions and experiences, highlighting potential challenges, potentially untapped opportunities, and a set of recommendations on some next steps.
