Currently all full time and part time dining team members at the Colorado School On-site contractors at Mines are food workers employed by Sodexo. They are paid over the Colorado minimum wage of $12.32. Currently our lowest earning team member makes $13.55 which is about 10% over the state minimum wage $12.32. Our current staff wages range from $13.55-$24.07 depending upon job codes and all team members are offered benefits that they can elect to enroll in as well. Currently we are meeting the goal set forth in the survey of at least $12.35.

The lowest regular employee currently earns $18.37, which is 48.75% over the $12.35 minimum wage for Colorado. Mines provides a benefits package to the lowest paid employees in addition to their base wages. The living wage calculator indicates 2 people working full time in the Lakewood, CO area should earn a living wage of $24.69, which equates to $12.35 per person or minimum wage. One adult living wage is $17.40. The $18.37 is 5.57% over the living wage for a single person.
